Hirosaki's long-established soba shop was delicious.
A soba restaurant famous for its deliciousness in Hirosaki. The tempura is delicious with soba noodles and a little thick soup. The shrimp was big and preppy. Please enjoy it! ï¸The entrance is stylish.

I'm happy with the quaint building. Soba does not have much scent. It may be a feature of this place. Inside is also a soba restaurant. It just takes time to come out. Is it a characteristic of the land here?

Great service and eye-catching interior. Ordered hot soba with chicken and egg in it. Thorougly enjoyed it, especially the broth. I will definitely revisit this wonderful restaurant before the end of my stay in Hirosaki and am looking forward to trying out the shrimp tempura soba. To sum it up, its soba is the best thing to have when you want to warm yourself up in the coldest of winter or when you want to cure a hangover.
It was a rainy/windy day and the hot soba with tempura shrimp was the perfect remedy. The staff spoke a little English but they only made a few things and made them well.
A soba shop that I've always wanted to visit. The first time was around 15 o'clock and it was closed, so we went for lunch. There was no parking and the parking lot was empty. I ate Tenzaru, but I was not so impressed (^^;But I wanted to go and eat different soba again.
This place was a nice find to escape the big crowds during the Cherry Blossom Fest, very limited menu in Japanese only but if you order what everyone else is having you can't go wrong. Literally they serve soba noodles and shrimp tempura, that's about it. Be sure to explain your preference for hot or cold noodles. This place has a locals only feel, but they were very kind to tourists like us.
It is a long-established soba shop! Soba is thin and soft and very easy to eatAs it is a popular shop, the weekend is very crowded, but I think that it will be put soon if the timing matches the daytime on weekdays.
The taste is ant, you can enjoy a very calm meal!
